Cross country training is available every Monday and Wednesday from April through to August;

Training is free for all registered little athletics members. For those who cannot run on weekends but wish to take part in training, the cost is just $25 for the season and you can come as often as you like. Non-members can register for training by clicking here.
Fundamental and development training remains is on Thursday afternoons from 5pm to 6pm from October through to March. This training is open to all age groups. These sessions are run by volunteer level 1 coaches and therefore are free to attend. They are great to learn the basics and practice your technique.
Advanced training will be on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, 5pm to 6pm from October through to March. It is restricted to u9-u16 as these athletes will extract the most value from these sessions.
There is a fee to cover part of the cost of this program for the remainder of the season, $25 per individual or $40 per family. This cost provides you access to any training session for the rest of the season. Athletes will not be charged an extra if they choose to train twice a week. Athletes from other athletics centres are welcome to join at the full fee ($45 per individual).
